Customer Experience Representative

On behalf of our Auckland based client, an Automotive retailer, we’re seeking an action-oriented Customer Call Representative to help in this busy period leading up to the Fieldays.

This role would suit a confident and friendly person with a year or two of experience in a customer facing role, ideally Retail, Hospitality, or Customer Service. You might be a person who is looking to make a bit of extra cash for the next trimester at university, needing a bit more cash flow before you jet set off on your OE, or in between jobs. Either way, this is the role for you.

The breakdown

We are looking for a Customer Call Representative with:

• Phone Calling ability
• Excel database experience
• A positive attitude, someone who is confident talking on the phone and a passion for customer experience

Some key responsibilities are:

• Calling clients about their availability for the Fieldays and booking them in for activities
• Pitching and selling Feildays offerings, promotions and invitations to key clients

We’re looking for someone who… 

• Is confident talking to key clients over the phone
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Is highly organised, able to multi-task and proactive
• Has a sleeves rolled up attitude, with good judgement and great relationship skills 

The reward

• Hourly rate of $35ph - $40ph
• Immediate Start
