Our client is a dynamic and growing data-driven marketing agency, making its mark in the new booming digital communications space. They are looking for an extremely organised, enthusiastic and energetic Account Director or Group Account Director – someone that is passionate about digital strategy, marketing, data-driven results and more!
The new AD or GAD will be able to manage their team as a business unit to establish and grow key accounts, produce results and meet monthly revenue targets. Ideally, they will have direct agency experience and be able to identify opportunity, understand customers, insights and be strategy driven. They will work alongside the Client Service Director on managing project workflow, budgets, proposals, managing clients, and assisting with general account admin etc. you know the drill. The successful candidate will have strong technical nous, a focus on the digital detail and be open to constantly learning on the job all while being immersed in a vibrant new age agency that is experiencing significant growth. When not playing lead account director you'll be working on some new business and helping bed in other account managers and helping with their training and individual growth potential.
