On behalf of our client,  The Pond is seeking a skilled digital marketer. 

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, day-to-day activity will include executing a digital strategy, including local campaigns, web content and optimisation, SEO, SEM, CRM integration and managing digital assets. 

You’ll be a talented content marketer who can be both analytical and confident when collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This hire will be the vital link between the internal marketing team and the client-facing front-line teams, so building trustworthy relationships is key. 

To be successful in this role, you’ll also be curious to understand the nuances of both local communities and the company’s broad target audiences. Career time in a digital agency or service account management wouldn’t go amiss!

The breakdown

We are looking for a proven digital marketer with:

  • 5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in professional services
  • B2B and B2C marketing
  • A genuine warmth and focus when communicating
  • Effective relationship builder

Key responsibilities:

  • Configuring, implementing and tracking digital campaigns
  • Providing creative solutions in the digital space
  • Allocating AdWords spend and creating account structure
  • Managing Facebook & social media accounts
  • Optimising conversion campaigns
  • Email marketing activities
  • A/B testing
  • Manage all content accuracy, and relevancy to ensure best SEO practice
  • Creating new templated websites and managing data migration
  • Building and executing lead-generation pages
  • Analysing and reporting on digital campaigns, social and website performance

  • Solid marketing training or relevant tertiary qualification
