Are you returning to the workforce and looking for a rewarding opportunity with the added flexibility of part-time? We're looking for a part-time (3-days-a-week) Digital Producer / Marketing Automation Specialist superstar to join a global healthcare company.

This is a specialist company dedicating its expertise and unique approach to innovation to develop and market advanced therapies that address some of the world’s most complex and serious Healthcare issues.

The role has two key purposes. The first as a Digital Producer, as a support role to the marketing team aiding implementation of digital campaigns and projects along with maintenance of the customer self-service website and planning of digital content for a range of sales and education programs. The second, as a marketing automation specialist, leading tech and marketing automation best practice within the company. This person will work across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and ideally, also be able to offer some skills in CX and customer journey insights. 

Though this role sits in the new Customer Excellence team, they'll also be supporting internal marketing and working closely with the Australian digital team, providing impressive articulate technical insight and digital marketing thought leadership. Strong skills in stakeholder management are required, this role works closely with one external advertising agency.

Required experience:

  • 8+ years’ experience in a Digital Producer or Manager role
  • Experience in Marketing Automation (specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Required skills:

  • Ability to scope, plan and lead digital marketing campaigns from the initial stages through to final delivery
  • Lead stakeholder relationships, attending agency meetings and presentations to offer articulate technical insight to other internal teams
  • Confident leading sales content, campaign strategy and management
  • Track and report on progress with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform including journey and audience builder
  • Experience working with brands teams to manage and plan content across sales tools, EDM's and digital marketing 
  • Standard CMS experience across Adobe Experience Manager and WordPress
  • Strong EDM and customer database management knowledge 
  • Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of web analytics and site reporting skills that drive insights and recommendations
  • Able to troubleshoot under pressure and resolve problems

Desired skills:

  • Experience with CX and customer journey insights 
  • Experience with social and digital media tools e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Hootsuite
