On behalf of our client, The Pond is looking for a Content Marketer & Copywriter who’s keen to learn in a supportive, collaborative environment, and to craft both online & offline content for websites, emails, social media, and magazines.

Day to day you will support the Marketing team with planning and writing copy and generating content for multiple marketing channels, so a strong grasp of the language is key to the role. You will proof, edit where needed, prepare well-structured draft web pages, and ensure all marketing content is on-brand, has the appropriate tone of voice, and is easily digestible to others!

This is a hands-on role that will allow you to work across the brand’s global products & services, and help you gain experience and knowledge through mentorship and a variety of responsibilities.

The breakdown

We are looking for Content Marketer who has: 

  • 1-2 years’ experience in an internship, or junior marketing or communications role outside of Uni
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Strong copywriting skills

Some key responsibilities are: 

  • Planning & writing copy and generating content for multiple marketing channels, including websites, EDMs, LinkedIn, as well as the quarterly magazine
  • Producing valuable and engaging content
  • Writing to the necessary tone of voice and brand guidelines
  • Uploading content on the website, general backend website maintenance
  • Ideate exciting approaches for magazine features and contribute to planning meetings
  • Various marketing, website administration & coordination
  • Support the Global Campaign Manager and wider marketing and creative teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Mandatory requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
