We are looking for a dynamic, driven and confident person with a minimum of 1-year experience in a client-facing, sales/marketing agency or recruitment agency role. This person may come from the creative or digital agency account management world, or may be a young HR graduate looking for their next opportunity.

The ideal person will have just kicked off their career and have 1-2 years’ experience and education to match. You will be no stranger to consistently high service levels & conscientious business practices - all wrapped up in energy, style, flair, and a winning attitude.

You will have excellent planning, organisation and administration skills, and be able to support a motivated team of recruitment and sales professionals. Being hands-on and action-orientated is critical for success, having the ability to adapt and coordinate multiple individual projects, while balancing a busy workload against evolving small business and team priorities.

The Position:

As a Junior Recruitment & Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with the Corporate Sales Director and Senior Recruitment Agents across a portfolio of over 80 established and growing clients, servicing their ongoing creative, digital & marketing contract and full-time recruitment needs.

You’ll be kept busy managing the sales, recruitment, and booking administration of all talent, participating in the acquisition and retention of new applicants, all while mainly supporting the Corporate Sales team.

Required Experience:

  • 1 year (min)
  • Strong client service ethic
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, recruitment, or HR

The Package:

  • Salary of $40,000 - $42,000 per annum
  • 4.5 day work weeks, finish 12:30pm Friday
