On behalf of our client, a tech start-up in the booming sector of NFTs, AI, and cryptocurrency, The Pond is looking for an incredibly organised and results-driven Marketing & Communications Manager to drive an effective content & product communications strategy for the brand and its products.

You’ll need confidence and flair to lead relationships with clients and stakeholders both big and small. Ideally, you’ll have the writing and strategic smarts, and be no stranger to building long-standing relationships with online media & community. Organisation and attention to detail will come naturally, as will an innate ability to devise clever, strategic solutions as well as creative and bespoke content roadmaps for the brand and its range of products.

Day-to-day your responsibilities will involve project ownership and planning of relevant communication frameworks, executing the marketing PR and sponsorships strategy by contributing to the delivery of thought leadership, and championing all internal marketing operations and processes!

This is a very hands-on role that will suit a self-motivated, organised, content and communications specialist with a background in marketing (digital preferred), and will especially suit those with an avid interest in gaming, crypto, and NFTs, or the combination of all! (An idle dream?)

The breakdown

We’re looking for a talented gun with…

  • 5+ years of experience in communications and/or content planning and delivery
  • Strong grasp of the digital marketing landscape

Some key responsibilities are:

  • Organise, plan, and execute content and product communications across all marketing channels
  • Project ownership and planning of all relevant communication frameworks
  • Content creation for PR releases to create rich material for multiple channels
  • Liaise with the team to deliver efficient content materials to successfully position products and releases to the right audiences at the right time
  • Define communications strategies, processes, and priorities based on a rock-solid understanding of the brand & product roadmap
  • Develop, track, and deliver a brand and comms plan to strengthen long-term brand positioning
  • Collaborating with the wider team and research ongoing trends within the decentralised technology space to keep the brand at the forefront of its industry
  • Setting the gold standard of all communications across the web3 industry!
