Are you an efficient team player? Like the sound of helping to run a big a busy creative studio environment? Looking for mentoring and growth in a fast-paced, energetic, Auckland City corporate? 

Our client, a world-class, leading entertainment and hospitality group, is looking for a Studio Coordinator to join its busy team. You DO NOT need experience in a role of this nature or in this world to apply for this job!! This role would suit an eager, young professional who is interested in the creative process or in marketing and keen to make their mark in a big company. You may be on the hunt for an entry-level role into the corporate world and looking for that foot in the door or maybe you have 2-3 years experience in a role and looking for a change or a step up! 

This is a busy, support role working alongside a talented team helping the wider studio run more efficiently. The successful candidate will be an expert organiser and multi-tasker whose time management skills are second to none. Managing timelines across multiple projects and numerous people will come naturally and with your confident manner, you won’t be afraid to crack the whip when needed to ensure things are done to schedule.

Required Experience:

  • 1-4 years commercial experience
  • Proven experience working constructively in a team

Required Skills:

  • Strong communications skills
  • Confident helping execute studio schedule and resourcing 
  • Can work proactively and autonomously under a senior staff member 
  • Ability to plan, allocate and organise production schedules
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, both self-led and within a studio team
  • Support bringing together various documents, proposals and presentations 
  • Experience managing tasks across website, social media and promotional material 
  • Briefing and on-boarding of freelancers when required 

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with basic office administration
  • Experience managing tasks across website, social media and promotional material 

Required Qualifications:

  • Tertiary education (preferred)
