I am a passionate Digital Specialist who enables brands to attain strong reach and affinity through the creation of unique and engaging content, anchored by a deep empathy for the consumer. My extensive background in telling compelling brand stories has generated exceptional levels of engagement across multiple channels, as well as positive business outcomes. 


Over the course of my career, I have been fortunate enough to work in Canada, Singapore and now New Zealand. Over the past 10 years in New Zealand, I have been able to contribute to the success of several well-known kiwi brands, including Air New Zealand, House of Travel, ecostore and Goodman Fielder. Some of the top campaigns that I have worked on include the Vogel's 'Very Vogel's' campaign, a captivating Meadow Fresh 'cow drop' half-time activation at a Sky Sport Breakers game, the global rebranding of ecostore, and several successful go-to-market campaigns for Air New Zealand's safety videos.

Senior Campaign Manager / March 2020 - April 2020 / Weta Workshop

Managing the marketing of Weta’s new tourism attraction in a fully remote role (Auckland based), including leading the overarching marketing campaign as well as foundational sub-brand structures such as key brand visuals, key brand messaging, key retail visuals, customer journey mapping, and brand guidelines. Consulting on the creation of a social media and content strategy for the business and its different units. Priority on building strong relationships with remote internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Sales, PR) and external partners (agency and tourism partners). Approaching all tasks with ‘customer first’ thinking to drive the best outcomes for the project.

Consumer Engagement Specialist / May 2017 - February 2020 / Goodman Fielder

Led the development of best-in-class, award-winning digital content and activations for 13 brands across GF's Dairy, Baking and Grocery categories to support all Consumer Engagement (CE) team platforms – including social media (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, websites, and Sponsorships. Directly supported the delivery of millions of dollars’ worth of Category initiatives through the planning, production and creation of strategic content that drove consumer engagement, on-budget and on-time. Led collaborations with Category, Shopper, Activation, CE and agency teams throughout content ideation, writing, strategy, and delivery phases, to deliver optimised and targeted campaigns. Planned and executed annual leverage plans in support of the brands’ key sponsorships, including the SKY Sport Breakers, Black Ferns, Weet-Bix Kids Tryathlon, and Steven Adams (basketball) Camps. Championed the consumer and led a transformative response to changes in social algorithms, directly resulting in regular Brand Equity Improvements for our Power Brands and new benchmarks for social engagement metrics.

Marketing & Communications Lead / July 2016 - May 2017 / The Icehouse

Led marketing initiatives for a small business growth hub which boosts the capabilities of Kiwi SMEs. Developed and executed the marketing calendar, with assistance from two direct reports, leveraging social media channels, website, CRM database, and other marketing assets to achieve lead targets for programmes, workshops and other offerings. Led social media channel strategy and management (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn), including copywriting, scheduling, posting, and tracking results. Managed other customer comms channels including newsletters, eDMs, collateral, website, and digital advertising. Organised the creation of various brand assets, including imagery and videos, used to promote the business.
