We’re on the hunt for a top-drawer Account Director to model best-practice account management and who thrives in a positive team environment. You’ll always add value to the client and be a mentor to the internal team. You’ll understand and deliver project management, account management and client servicing like the back of your hand.

The breakdown

We are looking for an Account Director  - an agency suit star  

• 5+ years’ proven agency experience in a client service role - brand, design and a full-service creative agency preferred
• 4-day work week in the offices – with an attitude of on-call availability on Friday should urgent work fall.
• Expert at project management, including large-scale corporate initiatives.
• Warm, vibrant and highly capable relationship and client service manager
• Can hit the ground running from the get-go

Proven results and experience:  

• Agency experience (brand and design preferred)
• Can manage design, strategy, digital, creative and  content
• Expert in all aspects of project management, including large-scale corporate initiatives
• Driven to achieve commercial, collaborative and creative excellence
• Warm, vibrant and highly capable relationship manager – embodies service excellence
