On behalf of our Parnell-based client, an established digital media-centered company with a team of 100+, we’re seeking an action-oriented CRM Specialist to play a crucial role in managing their client relationships, optimising sales processes, and ensuring the success of the subscription model!

You will leverage HubSpot, to streamline communication, automate follow-ups, and analyse performance data to drive sales, renewals, and retention. Owning and driving projects is a strength; you’ll quickly pick up the internal processes and other resources needed to make things happen on time and within budget.

You’ll be someone who loves what you do, is keen to understand the business, and enjoys working collaboratively with the team. You’ll have an excellent work ethic. Great written and verbal communication skills are a must.

The breakdown

We are looking for a CRM Specialist with: 

  • 4+ years of agency and/or client-side experience managing digital / automation processes preferred
  • A positive attitude, love of what you do, focused and insights-led

Some key responsibilities are:

  • Implement and optimise sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the sales department.
  • Manage and analyse client data using HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions, subscriptions, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain segmentation strategies for personalised client communication and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Oversee automation of communication for renewals, client follow-ups, and engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyse sales and client data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales effectiveness, client retention, and overall revenue growth.
