On behalf of our client, a boutique and premium financial investment firm, The Pond Recruitment Agency is looking for an ambitious digital marketer who is smart, analytical, and process-driven.

Day-to-day, you will be responsible for driving the development, implementation, and monitoring of digital marketing strategies to enhance the brands' online presence and brand awareness, build brand equity and credibility, acquisition and conversion of new digital customers, retention and development of existing digital customers. These efforts will be delivered across a modern marketing mix of SEO, SEM, Paid Social, EDM, CRM & Website channels, utilising internal resources and via key external specialist agency partnerships.

Your mission is to develop and deliver smarter, results-driven, targeted paid digital campaigns and projects, with a focus on driving brand awareness, quality traffic, and measurable results in the competitive world of financial investment.

The breakdown

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with:

  • Min 4+ years’ commercial digital marketing experience
  • A preference for working in a dynamic, medium-sized, boutique company
  • A financial/professional services background will work in your favour (but not essential)

Some key responsibilities are:

  • Collaborate with the CMO and contribute to various strategies for digital and brand marketing campaigns for mostly digital formats and channels
  • Contribute to search engine optimisation strategy and efforts to improve online visibility and website performance
  • Develop and drive acquisition and retention of digital marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and technology team to identify bugs, resolve website issues, and enhance user experience
  • Ability to write thorough and compelling digital marketing briefs to ensure internal teams and external specialist agencies have a clear directive
  • Ensure accuracy and relevancy of information on the website through regular content and campaign updates
  • Support in managing agency relationships to ensure the timely delivery of digital marketing tasks and projects
  • Familiarity with working in CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot and alike
